chow

I think refrigerators are fascinating. I love checking out what people have. I grew up eating certain foods and I generally stick with those things. I'm always curious to find out what other people eat. What are the foods they grew up eating? What am I missing out on? What are the things people eat every day without fail? Here's mine...
Top shelf: milk, orange juice, grape juice, pitcher of water, 2 nalgene bottles filled with water, a lean cuisine defrosting for tomorrow's lunch, half of a tomato, baggie of carrots, rice leftover from dinner
Second shelf: a plethora of cheese (muenster, swiss, jalepeno, feta, cheddar, mozerella) and tortillas, eggs
Third shelf: yogurt, cottage cheese, a pan of manicotti to cook tomorrow evening for dinner with friends
Fourth shelf: pillsbury can of dinner rolls, diet coke, dr. pepper
Drawer: mushrooms, apples, lettuce, carrots, cabbage, cilantro

I don't use a lot of condiments. I do like my sugar free bread and butter pickles, soy sauce, and yellow mustard. Some of the other condiments just hang out for a long time. We're talking dinosaur time.

The condiment shelves made me snort/evil chuckle. Where on earth did all those come from? ;) And yeah, we're talking like... early paleozoic. I'm surprised they haven't dissolved their containers.

I love the shelves, though. Makes me want to photograph my fridge to share, too.
