Our last afternoon with William was spent at the playground. My nephews love taking Hunter to the playground. I think it gives them an excuse to run around and play too.
Hunter is going to miss having William around each afternoon as a playmate.
Hunter loves a good hug. Sometimes this goes really well (see below) and sometimes it doesn't. We had a play date this morning with three other little boys and Hunter hugged each one at some point plus another little boy who just happened to be playing on the same slide. Hunter loves the closeness of a hug, but he gets his arms wrapped really tightly around a kid and they often fall down. I had to unwrap him off of one kid who started crying almost immediately and had to untangle him from two children who fell down alongside Hunter. The fourth child pretty much got away, but Hunter gave it his best shot. He is allowed to hug, but the words "gentle, gentle!" don't seem to mean much to my one year-old.
