Gone are the days of immobility. Here are the days of rolling, scooting, and crying when stuck or tired. We now put the boppy on the floor and let Hunter take it from there. The boppy is a wonderful baby pillow that props Hunter up so he can see and cradles him...until he works on flipping over and scooting down onto the floor.
There is still, however, the vibrating chair that straps him securely in. In this case, he just gives in, props his foot up on the speaker playing ocean sounds, and chills out with his stuffed animals. Scout and Hunter are quite fond of each other now, so Scout is usually close by.
Jared and I read that Hunter should know his name by now so we're trying to incorporate his actual name into our conversation and use a few less of the Peanut nicknames. Although, who wouldn't want to respond to "Peanutty" and "Peanut Butter Head"? All because the sweet labor and delivery nurse called him a little peanut. I love the origins of nicknames.
