We loaded up our little prize last Saturday night and went on a family outing to Bass Pro shops. Yep, that's right, Bass Pro shops. Our son's neck is already a little red. We checked out the fish tank, which was sadly lacking in brightly colored fish and Hunter didn't find the brown fish all that exciting, and wandered around the aisles after Jared.
Hunter loves to face outwards in the Bjorn now and goes bananas if I try to face him inwards with the hope that he might take a nap. He's all about seeing what's going on around him and doesn't want to miss a thing. He also enjoys having a good munch session on the soft fabric. The important thing is to keep moving. He doesn't like it when I stop to browse around or consider an item. He wants constant action and new sights.
It's a cozy Thursday evening. I'm grateful that another work week is almost to a close. I've been back at work for one month now and I'm still adjusting to the change and the new demands. One day at a time!
