I don't have pictures of Hunter screaming his head off, but that happens during the day as well. I typically just capture the sweet moments of delight. Hunter has always been delightful, but he is becoming more so each day as his facial expressions become animated and responsive.
He also is usually taking a big mid-day nap in his crib. Today, I made sweet potato nachos for lunch while he was sleeping and it felt divine. I recently stumbled across a blog new to me and have enjoyed a couple of the recipes already. This combination of thinly sliced sweet potatoes topped with roasted peppers, black beans, queso, cilantro, and salsa was a perfect lunch. It was beautiful, filling, warm, and healthy.
I left the house today only to go for a walk, get the mail, and water/weed the flower beds. Otherwise, it was a stay-at-home and snuggle my baby day.
