These paintings are so wonderful. Why? Because Jared's father painted them! Ahhh! How wonderful is this!?! Jared's grandfather brought them to the house last night and I cannot wait to hang them in the living room. Jared's father died when Jared was about 3 years old. I wish I could have known him. He was an artist and played the banjo and did woodwork. We would have been friends.
What a wonderful gift.
