200.



This is blog post 200! Hooray. To celebrate, I'm going to show off my cooking skills. I'm most proud of this little apple pie with the lattice top. Let me tell you, it was the prettiest pie I've ever made. The crust was flaky and wonderful. There was a lemony zing to the apples. My only disappointment was that the apples weren't quite as soft as I find pleasing. However, my guests didn't complain and the apple pie al a mode went down quite easily.



Hunter and Amy came over for dinner last night and we made homemade pizza. I love all the wedding kitchen things. The fancy pizza stone. A pizza cutter for goodness sake. I never had one before last summer.


Chicken, artichoke, and shredded mozzarella.

Pepperoni, fresh tomato, shredded mozzarella, and fresh mozzarella.


And finally, these little numbers. Huge blueberry muffins with sugar sprinkled on top. Delicious.
