Scout, as you well know, is not a cuddler. She likes to sleep on the floor next to her doggie bed or under my bed with her head poking out. However, if I get her tired enough, she will sleep on my lap. Please see above. This was after a fun-filled day of meeting several new people and being around three other dogs. She was pooped out and I totally took advantage of the moments together. Please also note that Scout is wearing a 'life is good' collar in this picture. I have to wonder if getting a dog was originally about the cute 'life is good' dog stuff for me. I'm okay with that. In other news, Scout is doing well with potty training. The carpet and my nose are grateful. Scout gets car sick. So fun. Scout fetches the ball. I love playing fetch-probably more than she does.
I still go to work and I'm still married. I still eat, sleep, and bathe. Scout is just five pounds of cuteness and I can't help myself.
