I always get worried when a patient tells me that he/she is not going to be a difficult patient. That is code for: "Watch out. I'm going to drive you crazy while thinking that I'm an easy patient." Easy patients never announce. They show up willing and get to work.
Buzz words/phrases in clinical staffing at this time: process, redirect, redirectable, and "he was able to say." I try to use each word/phrase in each and every sentence.
