Something old, something new

So, I ate a lean cuisine for lunch. I made it about a month. I was eating homemade chicken salad on a green salad. It was good..for about a month. But, I'm back. I like hot food, but I'm not big on leftovers (because I save those for dinner) and sandwiches get boring. Hmmm. Suggestions anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

Jared and I now have television. Hold your breath while I check the channels. Nope, still nothing on. So many channels. So little to watch. The office is on Thursday. Jared and I have a date that night to watch it. Gonna be good.

Scout is learning to fetch. She usually runs after the ball, nips at it, and flies back to me. Occasionally she remembers to bring the ball with her. Sweet Scout. My Scout is not a lap dog. She doesn't like to cuddle and she doesn't like to sleep near me. She wants to sleep on the floor. I coerced her into sleeping near me on the couch yesterday while I watched one of three movies. Yes, one of three. Jared was sick. It was rainy. I felt lazy. I watched 'The Duchess', 'Ace Ventura: Pet Detective', and 'Good Will Hunting.' I don't know that I've ever watched three movies in one day. It was good.
