Hello friends. Feel free to come knocking on my door at any time if you are hungry. I just used the dutch oven and it was awesome. Well, it was great and the food that came out of it was awesomely delicious. I just made smitten kitchen's mushroom artichoke pasta dish. If you don't follow smitten kitchen, please check out her blog. It's the best food blog I've seen...great recipes, good instructions, and beautiful photographs. Anyway, the pasta was loaded with mushrooms, artichoke hearts, heavy cream, marsala wine, and fresh parmesan cheese. It was yum-o. Just kidding, I can't stand Rachel Ray either.
I'm back to work. I'm cramming five days of work into three and a half and feeling a teensy bit stressed. But, not stressed enough to pass up another paid Friday off. Thank you, Christmas. Thank you, New Years.
Movie review time:
I went to see Sherlock Holmes. It's kind of like Sherlock Holmes meets James Bond. I liked the interaction between Jude Law and Robert Downey Jr. Very clever. Good comedic timing.
I also saw Julie and Julia. Probably part of the reason I'm feeling so inspired to cook right now. That and ole dutchy. I also want to put butter on everything I eat thanks to Julia Child.
I also saw the Hangover which I thought was hilarious. Absolutely hilarious.
That is all.

Love the reviews. Just reading the description of your pasta creation made my mouth water. Sounds delicious!
But - I'm going to have to deny the greatness of this Dutch oven and offer the challenge to prove me wrong and force me to change my views next time I visit. ;)
